Adeeb Robotics Control Panels Now Manufactured with Phoenix Machinery

By Omar Abdulhadi, PhD · August 11, 2026

Adeeb Robotics electrical control panels are now manufactured in partnership with Phoenix Machinery - INDEVCO Group, an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer.

We design the panels. Phoenix Machinery builds them under a certified quality management system. In our announcement, we put it this way:

“By combining our engineering expertise with Phoenix Machinery’s certified manufacturing capabilities, we ensure greater quality, consistency, and reliability in every control panel we produce.”

Why the control panel matters

Most discussion of a robotic cell centers on the robot: reach, payload, cycle time. In practice, the electrical panel decides whether a cell gets commissioned on schedule and keeps running. It distributes power, carries the control and safety circuits, and wires the robot to everything else on the line. When it’s built badly, you see it during commissioning and you keep seeing it in production.

Our Robot Electrical Panel is the industrial electrical panel and wiring harness for delta robots and 6/7-axis robots. It comes pre-wired for the Adeeb Delta Robot, is compatible with 6/7-axis robots, and is built from industrial-grade components. The product page references the electrical standards that matter for industrial control panels and machinery:

  • UL 508A: industrial control panel construction, wiring, overcurrent protection, and component ratings
  • NFPA 79: electrical supply and wiring of industrial machinery
  • IEC 60204-1: electrical equipment of machines, covering power circuits, control circuits, and protective bonding
  • CE Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU): insulation, grounding, and protection against electric shock for equipment between 50 and 1000V AC

Getting the design right against these standards is half the job. The other half is building every panel the same way, every time.

What the partnership changes

A good panel design can still turn into an inconsistent product if the build process is loose. ISO 9001:2015 is a quality management standard: it requires a manufacturer to define its processes, control them, and keep improving them. Building our panels with an ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturer means the design we engineer is produced inside a documented, audited quality system.

For integrators and plant engineers, that comes down to three things:

  • Quality: panels built by a certified manufacturer, not assembled ad hoc
  • Consistency: the second panel matches the first, which matters when you scale from one cell to several
  • Reliability: hardware you can commission and run with confidence

The division of labor is simple. Adeeb Robotics brings the engineering expertise, the same team behind our Robot Controller and EtherCAT Master software. Phoenix Machinery brings certified manufacturing.

Engineered for performance, built for durability

We are a small engineering team, and we would rather spend our time on motion control, kinematics, and integration than on running a panel shop. Partnering with Phoenix Machinery lets us do that without compromising on the hardware our customers deploy. As the announcement put it: “Engineered for performance, built for durability, and manufactured with uncompromising quality.”
