RePlastic Recycle on Deploying Adeeb Robotics Without Us On Site

By Omar Abdulhadi, PhD · October 9, 2026

Our first customer testimonial is in. The team at RePlastic Recycle sat down with us to talk about what it was actually like to bring an Adeeb Robotics system into their facility.

What stood out was not a throughput figure. It was independence: their team selected, assembled, installed, and commissioned the system themselves, working from our documentation, with remote support when they needed it. For a small automation team, that is often the difference between a project that ships and one that stalls waiting for a vendor to fly in.

Below are the highlights from the interview, and what each one means if you are evaluating a robotics system for your own line.

Why they chose us: the software

RePlastic Recycle compared us against other robotics system vendors before deciding. Their reason came down to software:

“We chose Adeeb Robotics after reviewing a couple of other robotics system vendors because of the ease of use of their software. Their API is simple and very easy to use, and we were able to implement what we needed very quickly.”

This is the design goal behind the Adeeb Robot Controller. It exposes a Python programming interface, so a team that already writes Python can drive the robot directly. There is no proprietary robot language to learn first. The full interface is documented in the Motion Controller API reference, and our training videos walk through running the controller and commanding motion through the Python API on Linux, macOS, and Windows.

Assembly in an afternoon

The second highlight surprised even us:

“We were able to assemble the entire robot in 2-3 hours using the instructions and without the help of any Adeeb Robotics representatives. It felt like putting together Lego!”

A delta robot is a precision parallel-kinematic machine, but putting one together should not need a field engineer. The Delta Robot Manual covers the stand configuration, three-point mounting, and end effector setup, so a mechanically capable team can work through the build on their own.

Commissioning from the documentation

Assembly is one step. Getting a robot installed and commissioned is where many deployments pick up extra site visits. RePlastic Recycle did all of it themselves:

“We were able to assemble, install, and commission an Adeeb Robotics system using only the available documentation and manuals, without requiring any representatives from Adeeb Robotics to be on site.”

For a lean automation team this matters a great deal. Not depending on an on-site visit means the schedule is set by the customer’s own team, not by when a vendor can travel. It also means the knowledge stays in-house. The people who commissioned the cell are the people who will maintain and extend it.

Remote support when it counts

Independent does not mean on your own. When RePlastic Recycle hit questions during commissioning, they reached us remotely:

“Whenever we needed help with robot commissioning, the remote support was rapid and clear to the point.”

Our model is simple. Good documentation handles the expected path, and direct access to our engineers handles everything else. You can reach the team through our support page.

What this means for your evaluation

If you are scoping automation for a sorting, packaging, or pick-and-place line, RePlastic Recycle’s experience suggests three questions worth asking any vendor:

  • Can your team program it in a language they already know? A simple API shortens integration more than any single spec.
  • Can you build and commission it from the documentation alone? If not, budget for on-site visits and the scheduling delays that come with them.
  • How fast is remote support, and is it clear? Commissioning questions come up on every project, so the speed and clarity of the answers matter.

We are proud to see our technology help RePlastic Recycle bring automation into their operations, and even prouder that their team did it quickly and on their own. Thank you to the RePlastic Recycle team for trusting Adeeb Robotics and for sharing your experience.
