Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet regional revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development efforts
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record in the tech or robotics sectors
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
